Accounts that fail KYC verification within the stipulated time frame may have their withdrawal requests suspended pending successful verification.
zn999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. zn999 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks in accordance with applicable compliance requirements. Where such checks are initiated, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed until the review is completed.

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions, which are published alongside the relevant promotion.
Players may only participate in each promotion once unless otherwise stated. zn999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple account registrations, bonus manipulation, or collusion — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Bets placed on the zn999 platform are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the system, except in circumstances specified in the applicable game or sport rules. zn999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement, where there is evidence of suspicious betting activity, or where a manifest pricing error occurred.
Live betting (in-play) markets are subject to latency and data feed delays. zn999 is not responsible for bets placed after an outcome is determined but before the market is suspended due to delays in data transmission. All in-play bet settlements are final subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
Cricket betting markets on zn999, including PSL, international matches, and domestic Pakistani cricket, are settled in accordance with the official match result declared by the governing body. Matches that are abandoned or decided by DLS method are settled in accordance with zn999 cricket betting rules published on the platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zn999 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

zn999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. zn999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which zn999 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the zn999 complaints and dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
